3 things that you need to know for REAL LOVE.
Many people if not everyone truly desires LOVE, it’s all we need they say. Sadly many of us don’t know what it really is, and that’s a problem. We love based on feelings and emotions that can change from one moment to the next. God’s love, self love and love in a relationship can all be a beautiful thing if you have all 3 together.
If you say, “I love you” to someone truly mean it; in addition show it with your actions, which speaks louder! How many times have you heard or said, "I love you because you are cute/handsome;" or "I love you because you take good care of me”? That is not an example of real love. If you don’t mean it don’t say it, don’t abuse these 3 words. An example of real love is simply unconditional love. Here is 3 things that you need for real LOVE.
God’s Love: Seek his LOVE first. God’s love is unconditional and it's not based on feelings or emotions. He doesn't love us because we're lovable or because we make Him feel good; He loves us because He is love. He created us to have a loving relationship with Him, and He sacrificed His own Son (who also willingly died for us) to restore that relationship. "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)
Gain Gods pure love by following this simple solution: You can learn to accept and love God and have an understanding by simply reading the bible daily to educate yourself on it, meditate on his word.
Self Love: This is a must!! You must love yourself before you love another. By accepting yourself and fully being what and whom you are. If you don’t love yourself first, it can be harder to love and be loved.
Gain self love by following this simple solution: Start with looking in the mirror saying “I LOVE ME” then start believing in yourself, value yourself and know your worth. Love all of your flaws. Read my blog here on KNOW YOUR WORTH! 13 Highly effective ways to gain self VALUE and WORTH!
Relationship Love: You have to grow to LOVE someone, it’s a choice to Love someone, just like we choose to date, or marry someone. Love is the super glue that binds you when the going gets rough in our relationships. If you have a loving relationship you will find a way to survive and make it last. Love conquers all.
Gain relationship love by following this simple solution: Love your partner unconditionally. The concept of unconditional love means to love someone regardless of one's actions or beliefs, loving him or her without conditions.
Remember Love keeps no record of wrong.
Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 NLT
